SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the risk of developing preeclampsia (PE) in pregnant women with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). At a period of 11+0–13+6 weeks of pregnancy, the following is taken into account: age, body mass index (BMI), the presence of chronic arterial hypertension (CH), mean arterial pressure (MAP), mean uterine artery pulsation index (PI UA) which is calculated as the average index of the left and right arteries, the value of sFLT/PlGF and the level of sEng in the blood serum. Then the risk of developing PE is calculated as a percentage using a mathematical formula.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to identify patients suffering from type 2 diabetes with a high risk of developing PE at a period of 11+0–13+6 weeks of pregnancy, before the onset of clinical symptoms, which in turn makes it possible to start prophylaxis of PE in a timely manner and to carry out careful monitoring of this category of patients.
