SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and concerns the combined therapy of cancer with the use of azabicyclo compound. To this end, an effective amount of 3-ethyl-4-{3-isopropyl-4-(4-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-imidazol-1-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-1-yl}benzamide (Compound 1) or a salt thereof in combination with another antitumor agent.
EFFECT: provides effective treatment of cancer due to the synergistic interaction of compound 1 with antitumor agents of various pharmacological groups.
