SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, as well as to analytical and organic chemistry. Test system for the rapid detection of autoimmune antibodies to human thyroglobulin comprises a phosphate buffer and a suspension composition of polymer microspheres with an average size of 1.0 to 5.0 μm from poly (2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine), carboxymethyl groups of which are bound with the surface of microspheres through a pyridine nitrogen atom and are covalently attached to thyroglobulin molecules. Method for obtaining this test system and a diagnostic kit including said test system are also claimed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides wider arsenal of means of a similar purpose and reduced analysis time without degrading quality of the determination in the range of autoimmune antibodies to thyroglobulin from 10 to 2,000 IU/ml.
