FIELD: furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a reverberatory furnace for aluminum scrap remelting. Furnace comprises a body formed by refractory outer side, front and rear end walls, a storage tank and an inclined platform limited by the hearth and walls, arch, two drainage flaps, two swivel bowls, flue and welded frame, on which the furnace is located, and a dust and gas cleaning system. Steel frame is welded to the furnace frame with thermal insulation between it and each wall consisting of a double heat-insulating mullite fiberglass layer of the MLF-260 brand. Welded frame is filled with concrete with crumb of lightweight fireclay bricks. Accumulation bath and inclined platform are made of corundum blocks KS-90, laid on the heat-insulating mullite fiberglass layer of MLF-260 and lightweight brick SHL-0.4. Arch has a layer of light-weight fireclay bricks with a double insulated mullite fiberglass layer of the MLF-260 laid on top. In the furnace flue, a device for heating water is removed from the furnace by flue gases. In one side wall there are two injection medium-pressure mixing nozzles, directed at an angle to an inclined platform, in the other side wall there are two medium pressure injection nozzles, directed at an angle to an inclined platform, a twelve-mixing burner directed to the bottom of the furnace, lined with a lightweight fireclay brick, an afterburner with a ten-mixing medium-pressure burner, a working and slag windows.
EFFECT: provides an increase in the productivity of the furnace and the degree of valuable components removal.
