FIELD: furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shaft-reflecting furnace for metal remelting. Coal-reflecting furnace for remelting of metal, mainly aluminum scrap, contains shaft, melting chamber, storage bath, limited by hearths and walls and having two arches, two drain tap holes, two rotary lined chutes with lined bowls, gas duct and welded frame. Upper part of the shaft has two working openings, and in the melting chamber there is a working and a slag window, in the accumulation bath there is a slag window. In the melting chamber and the accumulation bath there are three and two respectively gas injection 13-mixing burners. Furnace has a steel box with heat insulation between it and each wall consisting of two layers of sheet asbestos cardboard. Bottom of the melting chamber and the storage bath are laid out of bottom blocks of KS-95, laid on two sheets of flexible heat-insulating glass-fiber mullite-silica cardboard, having a pad of diatomite chips mixed with sand. Furnace has two rotary lined chutes with two rotary lined bowls for pouring of metal surfaced in furnace to pouring equipment located in service sector with angle of 146°. In the furnace there are two quick-replaceable tap hole brick in metal box. Arches above melting chamber and storage bath have two layers of refractory mats and two heat-insulation mullite glass-fiber layers are laid on top of them. Furnace is equipped with economizer and dust-gas cleaning system containing mixing chamber, smoke exhauster, six-unit gas cleaning unit.
EFFECT: providing small heat losses, higher efficiency and re-melt of scrap unsorted from foreign inclusions.
