FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of a metal product by layer-by-layer laser synthesis from a powder. Method comprises layer-by-layer deposition of the powder on the printer's objective table and layer-by-layer penetration of the powder to ensure the synthesis of the metal matrix composite material under the influence of a thermal source along the solid model of the product. Melted layer of the powder is subjected to an alternating deformation with preservation of the shape and dimensions by crimping it with an instrument using a guide matrix in two stages, the first step being to locally extrude the material of the melted layer from the zone under the tool with its bulging in the area surrounding the tool while limiting the guide matrix, and in the second step the extruded metal from the zone surrounding the tool is moved to its initial position.

EFFECT: increase in mechanical properties due to deformation processing of the structure and elimination of porosity after laser sintering of the powder is provided.
