FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for additive manufacturing of metal products. A sequential layer-by-layer construction of the product from the base material is carried out in accordance with the created three-dimensional model of the product. Layer-by-layer construction is carried out with a molten wire filler material with a diameter of 0.8-1.2 mm with a deposition rate from 14 to 20 m/h in a protective gas medium, the flow rate of which is from 6 to 12 l/min. To melt the filler material, an electric arc is used, created with a current strength of 40-250 A and a voltage of 17-23 V by an electric arc welding unit.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the speed of manufacturing metal products and the quality of the deposited material by using the technology of electric arc layer-by-layer deposition of wire filler material, as well as the use of technologies for three-dimensional digital modeling of the product.
