FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dry dust collection technique and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries to clean dusty gases. It is achieved by the fact that in a two-stage dust collection system with an inertial dust separator comprising a body consisting of a cylindrical and conical parts, the introduction of a dusty gas stream, dust collecting bin with a mechanical dust removal device, a curtain and an outlet for purified gas, curtain is made in the form of a chain and at least one continuous protective elements, fixed on a plate suspended on elastic elements to the body, the chain-linking elements are uniformly distributed over the entire area of the passage section of the body and along its length, and the solid barrier element is located with a gap relative to the walls of the housing, a layer of a soft vibration damping material is applied on the surface of the body parts, for example mastic VD-17, the ratio between the thickness of the metal and the vibration damping coating being in the optimum range of 1/(2.5…4), wherein fine dust collecting apparatus includes a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet nozzles, in this case, the collector is installed with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system with the control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, the bag filter regeneration system with the pulse purging mechanism, which is provided with a control unit for each purge nozzle solenoid valve and is connected to a common regeneration control unit electronically coupled to a common microprocessor, with a temperature sensor installed in the inlet duct of the filter section, an emergency dust sensor in the dust collector, and in the outlet box of the filter section – a thermal automatic sensor-detector, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet, and each of the nozzles of the fire and explosion safety system of the device includes a housing with a swirl chamber and a nozzle.
EFFECT: increased dust collection process efficiency and reliability.
