SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique. Fire and explosion safety system for a dust collection system comprising a housing, a support part with a dust collecting bin, inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector, a temperature sensor installed in the housing of the filter section, an emergency dust level sensor – in the dust collector bin, a thermal automatic detector – in the outlet duct of the filter section, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the output duct of the filter section, a collector with atomizers for the fire and explosion safety of the device with the control unit and a system for regenerating bag filters with a pulse blowing mechanism, which is provided with a control unit for each solenoid valve of the nozzles and is connected to a common regeneration control unit, electronically coupled to a common microprocessor, are installed. Each of the nozzles comprises a body and, coaxially disposed, and rigidly connected thereto in the upper part, a fitting with an inlet cylindrical bore connected to a diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the housing, on which a perforated disk is disposed. In the lower part of the housing a nozzle with at least three projections centering it in an axial cylindrical chamber is located axisymmetric to the body. Nozzle is made with a central hole, on the inner surface of which a screw thread is made, and a hollow helical conical swirler is placed between the perforated disk and the nozzle. Nozzle is pressed against the atomizer body by a threaded washer with a central confuser.
EFFECT: complex provides an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
