FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust collection equipment and is intended for central aspiration systems and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the purification of dusty gases, and is intended for central aspiration systems. Dust-collecting device comprises a housing, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collection carriage or a sluice load transfer device, inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag type filters, a filter regeneration mechanism. Gas distributing device is installed in the inlet duct of the filter section, made in the form of a leaf plate with a mechanism for changing its width and a control unit, and the leaf plate consists of two leaves that are closely adjacent to each other in such a way that they form a plate that functions as an inertial dust separating element. Bag filter regeneration system is provided with a pulse blowdown mechanism which is provided with a control unit for each solenoid valve of the nozzles and is connected to a common regeneration control unit connected electronically to a common microprocessor, hydraulic resistance of the filter section is 15…25 % of the hydraulic resistance of the entire device, and the material of bag-type filters has increased sound-absorbing properties, and the body parts and fences of the device are made of structural composite or polymeric materials, for example polyethylene, capron, polyurethane, by means of casting, stamping, molding, and on their surface a layer of soft vibration damping material is applied. Dust collecting bin is conical or pyramidal in shape with an angle of inclination of the walls that exceeds the angle of the natural slope of the trapped dust, a temperature sensor is installed in the filter section housing, in the dust collector – an emergency dust level sensor, in the outlet box of the filter section – a thermal automatic sensor detector, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet, in the outlet duct of the filter section there is a collector with injectors of a fire and explosion safety system with a control unit electronically connected with a common microprocessor, while the injectors of the fire and explosion safety system are made vortex.
EFFECT: increase in the dust collection process efficiency and reliability, as well as reduction in the device metal consumption and vibroacoustic activity in general.
