FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique for cleaning contaminated gases and is intended for central aspiration systems. Dust collection system comprises a housing, a dust collecting bin, an inlet and an outlet of a filter section in which a temperature sensor is installed, an emergency dust level sensor installed in the dust collector in the outlet box of the filter section is a thermal automatic sensor-detector. Sensor outputs are connected to a common microprocessor. In the outlet box of the filter section, a collector with injectors for the fire and explosion safety system of the device with a control unit connected to the microprocessor is installed. Each of the nozzles comprises a cylindrical hollow body with a fluid passageway in which a nebulizer is provided with counter-directed conical swirlers.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of fire and explosion safety due to finer dispersion of fire extinguishing liquid.
