FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dry dust collection technique and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries to clean dusty gases. Two-stage dust collection system with an inertial dust separator includes a housing consisting of cylindrical and conical parts, a dusty gas flow inlet, a dust collecting bin with a mechanical dust removal device, a curtain and a cleaned gas outlet, curtain is made in the form of a chain and at least one continuous protective elements, fixed on a plate suspended on elastic elements to the body, the chain-linking elements are uniformly distributed over the entire area of the passage section of the body and along its length, and the solid barrier element is located with a gap relative to the walls of the body, a layer of a soft vibration damping material is applied to the surface of the body parts, for example VD-17 mastics, moreover, the ratio between the thickness of the metal and the vibration-damping coating is in the optimal range of values: 1/(2.5…4), wherein fine dust collecting apparatus includes a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet nozzles, in this case, the collector is installed with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system with the control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, the bag filter regeneration system with the pulse purging mechanism, which is equipped with a control unit of each solenoid valve of the purge nozzles and connected to a common regeneration control unit connected electronically to a common microprocessor, while a temperature sensor is installed in the input box of the filter section, there is an emergency dust level sensor in the dust collection bin, and a thermal automatic sensor detector in the output box of the filter section, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet, each of the nozzles of the fire and explosion safety system for operation of the device comprises a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to the body and coaxially located in the upper part of the body and having a cylindrical opening for supplying liquid connected to a diffuser, an axisymmetric body and a fitting, while in the lower part of the cylindrical hole is fixed a hollow conical swirl, the conical shell of which is fixed by at least three spokes, fixed at one end on the conical shell of the swirler, in its upper part, and at other end – in the annular groove made on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole, on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler a screw through thread is made, and to the body, in its lower part, a sprayer is connected by means of at least three spokes located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk, the disk of the atomizer is formed by two surfaces, one of which, facing the diffuser, is a curvilinear surface, and as the line forming this surface is a curve of the nth order, and the second is a plane, and the nebulizer disk is formed by two congruent and equidistant surfaces of the nth order, and the spokes, by means of which the nebulizer disk is attached to the body, are shaped as straight or curved.
EFFECT: increased dust collection process efficiency and reliability.
