Method includes a cytoreductive surgery and a chemotherapy based on platinum drugs, calculating the probability value by the formula, determined with the help of logistic regression, taking into account the level of the HE-4 oncomarker after the end of first-line chemotherapy, tumor histotypes, category and subcategory of the tumor stage.

EFFECT: method is high sensitive and specific, allows to carry out the forecast of repeated cancer growth up to the clinical appearance of relapse, to optimize the diagnostic algorithm and to take treatment-and-prophylactic steps well-timed.
