SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering, namely, to testing equipment, and can be used to measure torque moment in power plants, for example, in internal combustion engines. Inventive device for measuring the torque moment comprises a shaft with a replaceable torsional part, on each side of which the toothed disks are fixed to the shaft, between the toothed disks there is a light source, and on the outer side – two photodetectors, the toothed disks are equipped with diametrically located counter-projections, herewith, the projections of the first toothed disk with a radial clearance enter the grooves of the projections of the second disk, and the removable torsion part of the shaft is in the form of a flat spring.

EFFECT: increase technological effectiveness of the device for measuring torque moment.
