FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise suppression. Muffler comprises a cylindrical body rigidly connected to the end inlet and outlet nozzles rigidly connected to central baffles having perforations, the body is made in the form of a glass having in the bottom an inlet branch pipe, and the central partitions are made in the form of a package of disks, and at the outermost disks the holes are formed in the peripheral part, and in the central part of the package - in the center, and the fastening of the disk package is performed by means of at least two rods, one end of which is connected to the inlet pipe and the other to the outlet branch pipe connected to the opposite end surface of the housing, wherein, between disks in package rings are arranged, connected with rods in peripheral part.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of noise suppression.
