FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to noise suppression technique. Suppressor comprises the cylindrical housing, which is rigidly connected with the end inlet and outlet pipes, which are located on its opposite end surfaces, the package of partitions that are made in the form of disks, with the rings placed between them, which are rigidly connected to the end inlet and outlet nozzles by means of at least two rods, which are located in the peripheral part of the partition package, with the openings in the peripheral part of the outer discs and openings in the center of the discs of the package central part, the noise-absorbing element is made in the form of rigid and perforated walls, between which the multi-layer sound-absorbing element is located, which is designed in the form of two layers: one of which being adjacent to the rigid wall, is sound-absorbing, and the other being adjacent to the perforated wall, is made with the perforation from the sound-reflecting material of complex profile, which consists of the uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, while the material based on aluminum-containing alloys is used as the sound-reflecting material with their further filling with titanium hydride or air, or sound proof plates based on the glass staple fiber of the “Shumostop” type, or the material based on the magnesian binder with reinforcing fiberglass or glass wool.
EFFECT: technical result is the increased efficiency of noise suppression.
