FIELD: means of ensuring safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of providing civil protection measures, in particular to integrated automated public warning systems, including emergency public notification about the dangers arising in case of any emergencies. Aim of the proposed invention is to create a single automated public warning system for people living in small settlements. Essential signs of the public warning system when providing “Unison” civil protection measures are interconnected via information channels of TCP/IP data at least one workplace of the duty officer, equipped with any electronic device with a web-browser; at least one primary server; at least one link of speech and sound messages; at least one link of the interception of television and radio broadcasting.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the coverage area to inform the public and in increasing the possibilities to deliver the information signal to the end user by increasing the functionality of the system, including the use of interception of television and radio broadcasting.
