FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Method for electroimobilization of antibodies is proposed. Method involves applying constant electric field energy through flat electrodes from a chemically inactive metal to an electrolytic buffer solution of antibodies. Moreover, the antibody solution in tris-acetate buffer is placed in a vertically disassembled microlectrophoretic chamber filled with granules of silica gel 40, and the particles of a standard sample of magnetic sorbent are fixed with niobium magnets. Electrodes of the chamber are quartz resonators with gold deposition. Supplied calibrated electric field with a constitutive specific power relative to the cross-sectional area of the chamber is not more than 2.9 W/cm2.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in time and an increase in the effectiveness of antibody immobilization, as well as the saving of antibody solutions.
