FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applied biochemistry and immunology and can be used in the design of gravimetric immunosensors based on quartz resonators, as well as in experimental design. Method of electrochemical oxidation of the functional surface of a quartz resonator is disclosed, which consists in applying the energy of a constant electric field through flat electrodes of a chemically inactive metal to a filtered aqueous solution of iron sulfate. At the same time in the microphoretic chamber establish magnets, forming a uniform magnetic field, concentrating oxygen at both poles of the permanent magnet, cathode is the functional surface of the gold electrode of the quartz resonator, and the supplied calibrated electric field with a specific power relative to the cross-sectional area of the chamber is 0.24–3.75 W/cm2.
EFFECT: invention improves the stability and efficiency of immobilization of sensory protein molecules, reduces the time of their immobilization due to functionally active groups and the developed surface of iron oxide.
