FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to technical means of rehabilitation and sports medicine. Biomechanical means for acoustic stimulation of the limb muscle tissue is made in the form of a hollow detachable truncated cone, in which a looped attachment is embedded, and a locking mechanism is diametrically opposed to it. Sealing gasket is fixed along the perimeter of the sections of the separable parts of the cone. Ends of the device are equipped with rubber rings, ensuring its fixation on the limbs in such a way that the distance from the inner surface of the means to the external surface of the limb is from 1 to 3 cm. Device has a through hole with a branch pipe through which the means is connected with a flexible hose to a cylindrical waveguide, in which with the help of an active subwoofer a sound field is formed with a sound pressure level of 120…130 dB in the frequency range 20…60 Hz, through the waveguide-hose-tool system acting on the muscles of the limb. On the inside surface of the device flush with its wall is mounted a sound pressure sensor connected to an indicator of the sound pressure level mounted on the external surface of the means on which the timer is also mounted.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the area of simultaneous acoustic effects on the limb.
