FIELD: measurement; test.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to analyse a sample that is not invasively collected from the human body. Biosensor according to the invention comprises an identification substance that bonds with a detected substance, an electrode charged with a charge of an identification substance, the biosensor also comprises an inhibitor that suppresses the bonding of a non-detected substance to at least one of the identification substance and electrode; the identification substance is contacted with the electrode; the inhibitor is derived from a polymeric compound comprising a longer molecular chain than the identification substance; and on the electrode surface a self-assembling monolayer is formed from the identification substance and the inhibitor; and the biosensor is able to detect a change in the charge density of the electrode caused by the binding of the detected substance to the identification substance. Two more versions of the biosensor are also proposed.
EFFECT: invention enables to create a biosensor that is able to further reduce the burden on the human body, for example a biosensor that can detect a detectable substance from samples of tears, sweat, saliva, or the like, namely, substances obtained non-invasively.
