SUBSTANCE: use for detection and identification of high-sensitivity and selectivity of volatile compounds in a gaseous medium, as well as dissolved compounds in aqueous solutions. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the integrated circuit is intended for detection and recognition of analytes in a multicomponent medium and comprises at least one first microfluid channel integrated in at least part of the integrated circuit surface, at least one ion-selective transistor with a sensitive surface and a transistor signal processing circuit, wherein the first microfluid channel has an inner surface and an outer surface, at least a portion of the outer surface of the first microfluid duct is in form of a porous hydrophobic membrane, wherein sensitive surface of ion-selective transistor is located in first microfluid channel under porous hydrophobic membrane, and at least one sensitive surface area of said transistor is functionalized by at least one type of biological receptor for binding analyte of interest.

EFFECT: lower detection threshold of a "bioelectronic nose" or "bioelectronic tongue" type device, higher selectivity of target compounds determination, faster system triggering and reduced analysis time in general.
