SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to cleavers for the chucks splitting. Wood splitter multi-blade knife contains fastening unit, which one end is fixed to the wood splitter frame with possibility of up and down movement in vertical plane. At the projecting above the of the wood splitter frame other end, a vertical wedge with a blade on the splitting chuck side is fixed, and the horizontal wedge, which is fixed on the vertical wedge at its working height center. In the vertical and horizontal wedges intersection geometric center, a central wedge is fixed, which sharpened end is located on the splitting chuck side, and projects beyond the vertical and horizontal wedges blades plane. In the knife second embodiment, the central wedge rear portion projects beyond the vertical and horizontal wedges body and configured to rotate bushing is additionally installed thereon, on which wedges are fixed, which number is equal to the number of wedges intersecting in the central wedge, and the angle between them is equal to the angle between these wedges.
