SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of special radio engineering and can be used in digital communication systems for the exchange of information between fast moving objects. Presence of a Doppler effect significantly reduces the signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the system, which is especially important for sonar communication systems. Bandwidth of the channel depends on the occupied frequency band, but its expansion encounters difficulties with the realization of the Doppler dispersion compensation. It is proposed to use for a radiation a burst of frequency-modulated pulses whose phase is additionally modulated in accordance with the transmitted message. When processing the received implementation, the value of the Doppler parameter is found, which makes it possible to compensate for distortions in the passage of information due to the motion of communication objects.

EFFECT: increase noise immunity in the presence of Doppler distortion.
