SUBSTANCE: invention relates to allocation of radio resources by transmitting user equipment. To realize the technical result, the invention provides integrated circuits which, during operation, control the radio resource allocation processes performed by the transmitting user device and the base station. Allocation of radio resources during SC period is limited for SC period by maximum number of SL processes, which are configured for transmitting user equipment. Many SL submissions is received. Radio resources are allocated for each of the many SL processes. Each of the plurality of SL transmissions comprises at least one SCI transmission and at least one data transmission over the SL interface.

EFFECT: improved allocation of radio resources for transmitting user equipment for multiple direct transfers of direct connection SL over a direct connection interface to one or more receiving instances of user equipment.
