SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aggregation operation of carrier wireless devices. A wireless communication device can use at least two secondary serving cells (SCell). A first request is received to perform measurement on a first secondary component carrier (SCC) with a deactivated first SCell using at least first measurement cycle. A second request to perform a measurement on at least one cell on a second SCC with a deactivated second SCell using at least a second measurement cycle is received.
EFFECT: effective serving cell interruption probability (Peff) of missed at least one effective probability of interrupting serving cell of acknowledgement (ACK) and/or negative-acknowledgment signaling in uplink direction determined based on at least the first measurement cycle and the second measurement cycle, and serving cell interruption probability is ensured to not exceed the determined Peff.
