SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a salt of a compound represented by the formula (I), where 
represents α-configuration, 
represents β-configuration and 
represents α-configuration, β-configuration or a mixture thereof in an arbitrary ratio, and 4-piperidinemethanol; a crystal thereof; or cyclodextrin clathrate thereof. Compound of the invention can be represented by general formula (II).

EFFECT: compound is an agent for reducing bladder detrusor and relaxation of the urethral sphincter, and also for prevention, treatment and/or alleviation of a hypoactive bladder.
