SUBSTANCE: present invention describes compounds of formulas (I) and (II), in which , R1–R7 and R13 described herein, or their stereoisomers, enantiomers or mixtures thereof, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. These compounds have the activity of SHIP1 modulators and, accordingly, can be used in the treatment of various diseases, disorders or conditions that are subject to therapeutic and prevention action when modulating SHIP1. In addition, pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of the invention, methods for modulating SHIP1 and a method for treating a disease associated with modulation of SHIP1 by administering such compounds to a mammal in need of such treatment are described.
