SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a conjugated diene polymer with a modified end. Method of producing a conjugated diene polymer with a modified end includes polymerising a conjugated diene compound using a polymerisation catalyst composition and modifying the polymer obtained by polymerisation using a modifier. Catalyst composition contains a rare earth compound and a coordination compound having a cyclopentadiene skeleton selected from substituted or unsubstituted cyclopentadienes, substituted or unsubstituted indenes, and substituted or unsubstituted fluorenes, and the polymerisation and modification is carried out in one step.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the method of producing conjugated diene polymer with an extremely high proportion of cis-bonds, improves brittle fracture resistance, wear resistance and crack propagation resistance of a rubber composition.
