FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in dentistry for evaluation of regional blood flow in periodontal tissues. Device for evaluating intraosseous blood flow in periodontal tissues comprises an individual tray-positioner, two measuring rollerball electrodes and an apparatus for reoparodontography. Said electrodes are made of cobalt alloy, located opposite each other from the opposite sides of the alveolar bone in the projection of the inter-alveolar septum with the possibility of adjusting movement in an individual dental tray-positioner fixed on the teeth. Individual dental tray-positioner is made by the method of vacuum thermopressing with a thickness of 4 mm and consists of two combined layers of transparent polymer, an inner soft polymer and outer hard polymer. In the area of the study, there is a gap of 2 mm between soft gingival tissues and the inner surface of the tray-positioner to avoid pressure on the mucosa of the area to be measured. Electrodes fit tightly to the gingiva and are connected by a method of soldering to a common flexible cable, to which the current leads of the tetrapolar system are also soldered to the rear of said cables of the measuring electrodes.

EFFECT: invention allows create a full electric field in the area of the interstitial bone septum of the lower and upper jaws with the possibility of monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment of periodontitis.
