FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and clinical biochemistry and can be used in laboratory diagnostics for determining circulating modified low-density lipoproteins (cmLDL) for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Method for quantitatively determining the content of circulating modified low-density lipoproteins in blood of patients comprises measuring the level of desialylate apoprotein B-100 by enzyme multipled immunoassay with the use of ricin agglutinin PKA 120, which binds to terminal galactose in desialylate apoprotein B-100.
EFFECT: proposed is a method for quantitatively determining the content of circulating modified low-density lipoproteins in blood.
