FIELD: image forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to developing device for the visible image formation by the latent electrostatic image developing, formed on the image bearing element by the electrophotographic type, by the electrostatic recording type or the like. Claimed developing device comprises developing container, capable to rotate developing element and developer control element, wherein the said developer control element is mounted on the said developing container and is provided without contact with the said capable to rotate developing element, at that, said developer control element includes control portion configured to control the amount of developer carried by said capable to rotate developing element, and includes the elongated portion made so, that it extends from the said control portion upstream relative to the said capable to rotate developing element rotation direction, wherein the said control portion and said extended portion are formed as the integral unit with each other, at that, on the said developing device form, in cross-section, perpendicular to the said capable to rotate developing element axis of rotation direction said control part is a beginning relative to the said capable to rotate developing element rotation direction, straight line passing through the said beginning and parallel to the said capable to rotate developing element tangential line in the said capable to rotate developing element immediate position to the said control part, is the X axis, along which direction from the said control portion to the upstream side relative to the said capable to rotate developing element rotation direction is the X axis positive direction, straight line passing through the said beginning and perpendicular to the said tangential line is the Y axis, along which direction from the said capable to rotate developing element closest position to the said control part in the said control part direction is the Y axis positive direction, and when the gap between said control part and the said capable to rotate developing element makes G, said extended portion is formed within the range of 1.5G or less from the said beginning relative to the axis X direction and making 1.5G or less of said beginning relative to the Y axis direction, and the gap between the said tangential line and said elongated portion reduction degree is gradually reduced relative to the said capable to rotate developing element rotation direction from the uppermost downstream end to the said elongated portion lowermost downstream end formed within the said range over the entire said elongated portion formed within said range.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of the development stable density without the need for high precision parts and high adjustment accuracy.
