SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a hydrogel based on polyacrylamide, chitosan and polyoxometallate {Mo132}, comprising steps of: polyacrylamide is synthesized by a number of the following steps, at which: dissolving acrylamide in water under thermal action; adding an aqueous solution of riboflavin and hexane; the mixture is irradiated with ultraviolet light for two hours; after irradiation, hexane is drained and a reaction mass is obtained; reaction mass is dissolved in water, then filtered and diluted solution of filtrate; hydrogel is synthesized by a number of following steps: a first stock solution is prepared by mixing an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide and an aqueous solution of polyoxometallate of the keplerate type {Mo132}; after mixing the first stock solution, it is treated with ultrasound; preparing a second stock solution by mixing chitosan, water and acetic acid, after which the mixture is homogenised; model bioactive substance is added; mixing first and second stock solutions; obtained mixture of stock solutions is treated with ultrasound; then an aqueous solution of glutaric dialdehyde is added to achieve a molar ratio of glutaric dialdehyde:chitosan=7.42:1; obtained mixture is treated with ultrasound.
EFFECT: present invention provides development of an effective method of producing hydrogel, consisting of polyacrylamide of a given molecular weight (synthesized under photopolymerisation conditions in the presence of a biocompatible radical initiator), chitosan and polyoxometallate {Mo132} with a keplerate structure, which is an effective platform for prolonged release of bioactive molecules.
