FIELD: measurement; test.
SUBSTANCE: use: to create a flowmeter. Summary of invention consists in fact that the magnetic flowmeter comprises a pipe, a magnetic coil mounted at the outer surface of the pipe, non-conductive liner made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) on the inner surface of the pipe and an electrically conductive PTFE contact electrode attached to the non-conductive PTFE liner such that the inner end of the contact electrode faces the inner volume of the tube, and the outer end of the contact electrode is aligned with the electrode opening formed in the pipe.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide the possibility of excluding the leakage of the processed fluid and closing the electrodes on the walls of the electrically conductive pipe.
