FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of analog microcircuitry and can be used as bipolar-field (BiJFet) buffer amplifiers. Output stage of the bipolar field-effect operating amplifier contains input field-effect transistor (1) and output bipolar transistor (2) whose emitter is connected to the output of device (3) and load (4), and the collector is connected to the first (5) power supply bus, current-stabilizing two-terminal network (6) connected between the base of output bipolar transistor (2) and first (5) power supply bus, while the source of input field-effect transistor (1) is connected to the base of output bipolar transistor (2), the gate of input field-effect transistor (1) is connected to the input of the device (7), and the drain of input field-effect transistor (1) is connected to second (8) power supply bus. Additional field-effect transistor (9) is inserted into the circuit, the gate of which is connected to the input of device (7), the source is connected to the output of device (3), and the drain is connected to second (8) power supply bus.
EFFECT: technical result is the provision of push-pull conversion of the input voltage with high linearity of the transmission characteristic, small input current, high input differential resistance.
