FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of turbine blades of turbomachine. Blade is produced at the following stages: a) maintenance of intermetallic alloy based on titanium and aluminium in molten state by means of plasma burner (70) in annular mould (13). Stage b) is cooling of melt in annular mould and extraction of ingot (17) from it. Step c) is cutting ingot (17) to produce at least one workpiece (21) having a more simple external shape than the more complex outer shape of produced blade (19a, 19b). At step d) workpiece (21) is machined to produce a blade with said more complex external shape.

EFFECT: reduced losses of material, obtaining required microstructure and mechanical properties of blade, reduced defects of blade.
