FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparation of agent for topical treatment of skin diseases based on nanoscale silver particles, vaseline and solid additives, made up of a solution of nanoscale silver particles, obtained electrochemically through a room in a container with a working ammonia solution NH3 made of silver electrode, which is separated from the other electrode made of silver by a microporous septum. Method is characterized in that the resulting solution of nanosized silver particles is sublimated in a freeze drying chamber to remove excess water, followed by mixing with petrolatum and a mixture of powdered talc and white clay with respect to 4 parts of vaseline to one share of talc with clay and final homogenization in an ultrasonic mixer until an ointment is obtained; or in that the resulting solution of nanoscale silver particles is sublimated in a freeze drying chamber to remove excess water followed by mixing with petroleum jelly and a mixture of powdered talc and white clay with respect to one portion of vaseline to one talcum powder with clay and final homogenization in an ultrasonic mixer until a paste is obtained.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is simplicity and cheapness, low energy and resource consumption of obtaining soft forms based on nanoscale silver particles while ensuring stability, homogeneity, absence of acute toxicity, high bactericidal activity, colorlessness, lack of taste and odor.
