FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmacology, pharmaceutics, dermatovenereology, combustiology, ointment production area and other soft medicinal forms and represents a method for preparing an agent for local treatment of skin diseases based on nanoparticles of gold, vaseline and solid additives, made from a solution of nanoparticles of gold, obtained electrochemically through a room in a container with a working mixture of citrated C6H8O7 and ammonia solution NH4 made of gold electrode, which is separated from another electrode made from gold electrode by microporous partition, which consists in that obtained solution of nanoscale gold particles is subjected to sublimation in lyophilic drying chamber for removal of excess water with subsequent mixing with Vaselin and a mixture of powdered talc with white clay with respect to 4 portions of Vaseline to one portion of talc with clay and final homogenisation in an ultrasonic mixer to produce an ointment, or that obtained solution of nanoscale gold particles is subjected to sublimation in a lyophilic drying chamber to remove excess water with subsequent mixing with Vaselin and a mixture of powdered talc with white clay with respect to one portion of vaseline to one portion of talc with clay and final homogenisation in an ultrasonic mixer until a paste is obtained.
EFFECT: invention provides low energy and resource consumption of producing soft forms based on gold nanoparticles with simultaneous provision of stability, homogeneity, absence of acute toxicity, high bactericidal and ablastic activity, colorlessness, absence of taste and smell.
