FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Pulse wave sensor contains silicon microchannel membrane (1) with dielectric layer (2) on the surface, chamber (5), elastic membranes (6), electrodes (3). Chamber is filled with working fluid (8) and is connected to the possibility of forming internal cavities of the chamber and moving working fluid (8) between the internal cavities of the chamber with silicon microchannel membrane (1). Chamber (5) is provided with elastic membranes (6) for the possibility of moving working fluid (8) between the internal cavities of the chamber when mechanically applied to at least one of them. In the internal cavities of chamber (5), one electrode (3) is located per chamber. With respect to the electrodes, a difference in electric potentials is produced when the working fluid moves through microchannels and the separation of electrical charges between the end faces of the silicon microchannel membrane.
EFFECT: high sensitivity of the sensor is achieved with a non-invasive method of application and without electronic processing of the measured signal.
