FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. In a centrifugal gas scrubber with vortex nozzles containing a casing, a nozzle for the injection of dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, a spraying device and a slurry tank, the spraying device is made in the form of at least three water collectors, each of which is fixed with at least three vortex nozzles for spraying the walls of the body and its central part, each of the nozzles comprising a hollow body which consists of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connection to a distribution nipple a conical transition part and a cylindrical part with a large diametrical cross sectional dimension and with an internal threaded surface, and a nozzle formed coaxially with the housing in its lower part is formed by a cylindrical surface with an external thread cooperating with the cylindrical part of the housing, the cylindrical surface nozzle goes into a conical surface and closes the end, perpendicular to the axis of the body, a blind partition with a jet in its center, made of an axis and a nozzle consisting of a cylindrical and conical throttling holes connected in series, the larger diameter of the conical opening being located on a blind nozzle wall, the body and nozzle forming three coaxial inner cylindrical chambers, and on the nozzle on the side opposite the liquid supply, an additional series of jets that are formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for fluid passage and horizontal channels that cross are formed on the conical side surface of the nozzle and form the outlets of each of the nozzles, the pair channels being at right angles to each other in the longitudinal planes of the housing, and the conical side surface of the nozzle is made with a vertex angle of 90°, and the jet, made in the center of a blind partition and consisting of a cylindrical and conical throttle holes, has helical surfaces on the inner surfaces of both cylindrical and conical throttle openings, while on the inner surfaces of the nozzle channels of the nozzle, which intersect on its conical lateral surface and which are formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical and horizontal channels for passage of liquid, screw surfaces are made, with the direction of the helical surfaces in these channels being made oppositely directed, and the three inner-cylindrical chambers formed by the body and nozzle, one of which serves to supply liquid, the other is an expansion chamber, and the third is the function of a pressure chamber of increased pressure, filled with an elastic mesh element, or shavings of non-ferrous metal, or plastic shavings, and diffuser, covering a conical surface of the nozzle with a blind partition and a jet,is attached to the end surface of a cylindrical part of the body.
EFFECT: increased dust collection process efficiency and reliability.
