FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to solutions drying methods with granulated material as an end product having high hydroscopic properties and can be used in different areas of chemical technologies or related branches of engineering, where high requirements are made to final water content in the product. Chamber for conducting heat and mass exchange between the dispersed particles and the gaseous medium comprises a casing with a cover, placed inside the housing concentrically to it a vessel with porous walls, nozzles installed inside the casing and device for bleeding of spent gaseous medium with porous working surface, which is equipped with drive inside the vessel, between which a layer of inert carrier is poured. In the diffuser outlet section attached to the housing cylindrical part end surface, a perforated partition is installed to which at least two spokes are fixed at one end, at the point of its intersection with axis of nebulizer, the second end of which is fixed to the inner surface of the diffuser in such a way that the spokes are perpendicular to the inner surface of the diffuser, and on the spokes in their central part are freely installed additional sprayers, made in the form of screw drums, which are fixed on the spokes with the help of stops.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of drying and calcination processes.
