FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry, heat power engineering. It is achieved by the fact that in a fine spray liquid comprising a hollow cylindrical body connected to a nozzle, where jets are made in mutually perpendicular planes, the hollow body consists of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connection to the connection of a distributing pipeline that supplies liquid, a conical transition part and a cylindrical part with a large diametrical cross-sectional dimension, and with an internal threaded surface, but coaxially to the body, in its lower part the nozzle formed by a cylindrical surface with an external thread interacting with a cylindrical part of the body, besides the cylindrical surface of the nozzle passes into a conical surface and closes the end, perpendicular to the axis of the body, with a jet in its center, made with an axisymmetric nozzle and consisting of a cylindrical and conical throttle holes connected in series, besides a larger diameter of the conical opening is located on the blind partition of the nozzle, wherein the body and the nozzle forming three coaxial inner cylindrical chambers, and on the nozzle, from the side opposite to the liquid supply, an additional row of jets is formed which are formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for passage of liquid and horizontal channels, that intersect on the conical side surface of the nozzle and form the outlets of each of the nozzle, wherein the pair channels are at right angles to each other in the longitudinal planes of the housing, and the conical side surface of the nozzle is formed with an apex angle of 90°.
EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
