FIELD: devices for liquid atomization.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for liquid atomization and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Proposed sprayer comprises hollow cylindrical case coupled with atomizer, where jets are made in mutually perpendicular planes, the hollow body consists of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connection to the connection of a distributing pipeline that supplies liquid, a conical transition part and a cylindrical part with a large diametrical cross-section and with an internal threaded surface, and coaxially with the body in its lower part a atomizer is attached, formed by the cylindrical surface with an external thread interacting with the cylindrical part of the body, atomizer cylindrical surface changeover to conical surface to be terminated by end blind web with jet at its center, axially symmetric about said atomizer and consists of cylindrical and conical orifices communicated consecutively, and a larger diameter of the conical hole is located on the blind partition of the nozzle, the body and atomizer forming three coaxial inner cylindrical chambers, and on the nozzle on the side opposite to the liquid supply there is an additional row of jets, which are formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for passage of liquid and horizontal channels that intersect on the conical side surface of the nozzle and form the outlets of each nozzle, wherein the pair channels are at right angles to each other in the longitudinal planes of the housing, and the conical side surface of the nozzle is formed with an apex angle of 90°.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid atomization.
