FIELD: ground construction.
SUBSTANCE: pregrouted PC steel material comprises a 19-wire PC steel wire strand, a pregrouted layer disposed on the outer circumference the PC wire strand, and a sheath covering the outer circumference of the pregrouted layer. Fill resin is provided between the steel wires (side wires). Because the fill resin does not exude to the pregrouted layer side before tensioning of the PC steel wire strand, the tensioning work of the PC steel wire strand is not impeded due to the hardening of the pregrouted layer. Meanwhile, because the gap between the steel wires is reduced when the PC steel wire strand is under tension, the fill resin flows out (exudes) from the gap between the steel wires into the pregrouted layer for hardening of the pregrouted layer only after said reduction.
EFFECT: invention relates to the field of construction, specifically to methods for hardening a grouted layer within a pregrouted steel material.
