FIELD: cosmonautics; measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for studying satellites and planets that produce volcanic gas emissions, as well as for ground-based experimental testing of such probes. Space probe is made to fit into the jet of these volcanic gases and is equipped with a means to increase its mass (in relation to the area of the midsection). This means is the icing portion of the probe, on which ice is formed from volcanic water vapor and water droplets and / or by the adherence of microscopic ice particles.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing studies of active volcanic eruptions of space objects at different altitudes or depths of submersion into the vents of volcanoes.
