FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of the absorption of carbon dioxide from gas mixtures with an absorbent containing an aqueous solution of amines according to the circulation scheme is proposed. Method includes the absorption of carbon dioxide from the gas mixture in the absorber, throttling of the saturated absorbent, heating the saturated absorbent in the first recuperative heat exchanger and desorbing carbon dioxide, water vapor and sparingly soluble gas mixture components therefrom, discharging the separated gases with a separator, heating the saturated absorbent in the second recuperative heat exchanger, regenerating the resulting saturated absorbent in the regenerator with heat input to the lower part of the regenerator by means of boilers to produce a hot regenerated absorbent and with the recovery of a regeneration gas consisting of carbon dioxide and water vapor, cooling the regenerated absorbent in the second and first recovery heat exchangers before it is supplied with pumps for absorption. According to the method, the saturated absorbent is throttled to a pressure below the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the gas mixture to be purified, with desorption of carbon dioxide therefrom, water vapor, poorly soluble components of the gas mixture with the discharge of the separated gases with the aid of a separator before heating the saturated absorbent in the first heat exchanger.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the heat costs for the regeneration process of the absorbent.
