FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: production method of hydrogen from the gas mixtures, containing the carbon dioxide, is carried out by absorbing it with the absorbent, based on the aqueous solutions of amines, the method includes the absorption processes of carbon dioxide at the increased pressure, expansion of the saturated absorbent in the turbine to obtain the mechanical energy, regeneration of the saturated absorbent at increased temperature and/or reduced pressure with the heat input through the boiler, the heat recovery of the hot regenerated absorbent, the absorbent compression regenerated by the pump, the cooling of the regenerated absorbent in the refrigerator and its supplying into the absorber, and the vapour phase cooling, extracted at absorbent regeneration. In this case, the saturated absorbent is additionally heated, before being supplied to the hydraulic or steam-liquid turbine, by indirect heat exchange with the hot regenerated absorbent in the additional heat exchanger.

EFFECT: increase of the turbine efficiency with the increase of the compressed saturated absorbent energy recovery degree.
