FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing development of emergency situations. In the method for simulating an emergency situation characterized by the installation of an explosive facility model in test box, wherein an opening is made in the upper part of the model, wherein the opening is closed with the explosion-proof element that is loose-fitted using three elastic pins, one end of each of which is rigidly fixed into the ceiling of the model, and a horizontal crossbar in the form of sheets-stops is secured on the second one, and after triggering the explosion initiator, the situation is analyzed by processing the experimental data, an information data base on the emergency situation development in case of an accident on the explosive object is formed, and also a mathematical model is created to forecast prevention of the emergency in case of an accident on the explosive object, and the model of the explosive object is equipped with the object to be examined on the bench: an explosion-proof element installed above the opening in the upper part of the model, which consists of an armored metal frame with armored metal lining and a filler – lead, and in the upper part of the model, at the opening, symmetrically with respect to its axis, three support rods are mounted telescopically inserted into fixed pipe-supports embedded in the panel of the explosion-proof element, and for fixing the limit position of the panel of the explosion-proof element the sheet-stops are welded to the ends of the support rods.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of protection of process equipment and human resources from emergencies due to the possibility to predict development of the emergency situations in case of an accident at on explosive object.
