FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: explosive object mock-up with explosive fragment element installed on it with explosive initiator located in test box. The mock-up ceiling part provided with opening covered with explosion-proof element. Explosive object coating has four rigidly secured support rods which are inserted telescopically into fixed pipe-panel supports. Elastic damping elements are located outside the support rods, the one end of which thrusts against armored metal plating and the other end thrusts against stop- sheets, located at the top part of the support rods. The elastic damping elements are made in form of cylindrical screw spring with built-in damper. The cylindrical screw spring consists of two parts with counter-directed ends, the one part of which has rectangular cross-section turns and the other part of the spring is hollow. The gaps in the first part of screw spring are made with rectangular cross-section turns and filled with friction material crumbs.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection for process equipment and people against emergency situations by means of emergency situation development prediction in event of accident at explosive hazard facility.
