FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering, petrochemistry and can be used in power systems of boiler plants, in heating systems, systems for separation of liquid and gas phases, and also in other branches of the national economy (for example, in the food, dairy, oil refining and other industries). In the method, the device for cleaning liquid from gas impurities contains a housing with liquid and vapor outlet nozzles located therein, a cyclone chamber installed therein with tangential nozzles for introducing the de-aerated vapor-liquid mixture. This device is designed in such a way that at least one perforated disk is installed on the tangential nozzles of the cyclone chamber to reduce the pressure of the de-aerated medium, and the lower part of the cyclone chamber is equipped with a means of restoring pressure in the form of a volute.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of separating the vapor-gas phase by initiating the effervescence of the vapor-liquid mixture stream at the inlet to the cyclone chamber.
